Biography

Legal Assistant

Tphani is a secretary at Ammarell Deasy. She is new to the firm but has always been interested in the law. She is a recent graduate from the University of Denver with her Bachelor’s Degree in Criminology and minors in Socio-Legal Studies, Business Ethics and Legal Studies, and Leadership. Through schooling, Tphani maintained multiple jobs to pay for her undergraduate degree. Over the course of these employments she has gained a balanced and effective employee tool belt that makes her well equipped to take on any challenge and new responsibilities. She has aspirations of going to law school in the fall of 2024 either in Denver or California. Tphani currently works at the office’s front desk taking calls, filing, and assisting the attorneys and paralegals in day-to-day functions. In her free time she likes to watch live trials on Law & Crime network, read, and volunteer at her high school in the college counseling center. She is an ambitious and driven individual who enjoys learning and is honored to be able to do so at Ammarell Deasy for the foreseeable future. Her biggest goal is to during her career, open a non-profit in honor of her mother to help women in bad situations gain pro bono legal help in matters of custody, domestic violence, and enrolling in programs to improve their situation.
